Learn to Swim

    Starfish

    The first step in our Learn to Swim program, these fun 30-minute classes develop water confidence, safety, and coordination. Through games, activities and swimming drills, children are introduced to floating, kicking, submerging, controlled breathing, and basic swimming strokes.

    Goldfish

    Goldfish classes progress swimmers through structured swimming drills with a focus on building endurance and developing stroke technique. Swimmers learn to improve their breathing and timing, and build to confidently swimming 50m breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle, and 25m butterfly.

    Dophins

    Dolphins is for swimmers ready and keen to progress to squad swimming. Swimmers train for 1.5 hours each session and are encouraged to attend two sessions per week, with the focus on stroke technique and endurance, tumble-turning and diving.

Squad Swimming

Claremont Aquatic Swimming Club proudly partners with YuSwim to deliver our squad program. Together, we have a reputation for producing successful athletes with a focus on strong technique and developing an enduring passion for the sport.

At all levels of the program, YuSwim maintains a high coach to swimmer ration, providing our athletes with a highly personalised training plan, and a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
